Returns Policy

When purchasing online, the sale is final. Any claim for defective items must be reported to us via e-mail at info@shinewhitening.com.au within three business days of the date you receive the shipment.  We do not accept any defect claim requests after this three-day period. Items that have been damaged through use or any other reason other than ‘defective upon delivery’ will not be accepted.

Each claimed defect item needs to be returned in original package or it will be identified as a ‘misusage defect’. Failure to do so will result in no credit being issued that item.

Shipping Policy

Items are shipped within 1-3 days of receiving your order. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on Monday. Most orders take 3-5 business days for delivery. You will receive an automatically generated e-mail once your order has been shipped.

Shipping time is not guaranteed, 99% of the times all packages are delivered on time, delivery times may vary during certain times of the year. If for any reason there is an item on backorder we will let you know immediately.

Shipping charges are unknown until we process the order and will be added and charged once the item is ready for shipment.

Privacy Policy

At Shinewhitening, your privacy is important to us. We absolutely value our customers and their privacy. The information that is gathered by us, is for internal use only and designed to help us better serve you in the future. Your personal information is only used for shipping and/or notification purposes.

Rest assured that Shinewhitening does not sell, rent, or exchange information to-or-with any third party. Nor do we use this information to send unnecessary e-mails.
